Photography is my creative way of helping clients not only capture but also remember their most meaningful moments. I serve all humans, creating a safe and welcoming space where everyone—regardless of age, gender, identity, or beliefs— can feel free to be themselves. I want you to see YOU in your photos.
That includes kids. I'll take the pictures parents/grandparents want to see, but I'm also going to encourage and capture memories that show the kid's personality. We can't force our kids to do everything we want them to do (believe me, I've tried), but I find that if we lean into who they are in that moment, they have a better overall experience and are more likely to feel comfortable in later photos. So, if they're grumpy - let them be grumpy. It's pretty hilarious if you ask me to look back at grumpy face Sam years later. Or suppose they're super excited and want to take a peace sign photo with a hand on their hip. I'm going to take that photo so you & they remember how silly they were - while still aiming to get the pictures you want to share & print.
My goal is to create stunning, heartfelt images that my clients will cherish, share, and print for their homes and keepsakes. More than just photos, I strive to give people memories they can hold onto forever.
